After an undefeated day the Lady Saracens brought home the top prize from the 2nd annual John Jones Memorial 7s tournament. Starting out with only seven players and less than ideal weather, the Lady Saracens knew they would have a tough day ahead. But, 5 games later, they emerged victorious over Chicks with Balls (a SABRC team) to claim the cup. Kaylie Stuckey played amazing games all day and was awarded tournament MVP.
The Saracens Men suffered a disappointing loss in their first game to eventual tournament winners the Belgian Barbarians. They quickly bounced back and dominated the rest of their games to bring home the plate.
